Troopmaster Web Setup
- The URL for our new Troopmaster Web 2.0 site is http://tmweb.troopmaster.com/mysite/mbtroop1011, so please add it to your Favorites and/or save as a Bookmark on your computer.
- Enter the User ID and Password from the 'DoNotReply' email. Please check your spam and trash folders if you do not see this. Accounts were only created for parents registered on the scout TM account.
- Log In
- If you want to change the password, select My Account at the top right, and follow the prompts.

Troopmaster Mobile Setup
If you already have the TM Mobile App on your device, please delete it.
Every time you open the app, you should SYNC (using the recycle/refresh icon at the top right) to get the latest data uploaded by our data entry volunteers. We make the majority of updates on Monday nights, but they may happen more or less frequently depending on the activity levels and our own availability.

- Go to your mobile store (available on GooglePlay, AppStore and WindowsStore)
- Search for ‘TM Mobile’ (this is FREE to you with our troop subscription; please do not pay for another service or mistakenly choose ‘PM Mobile’ or ‘ScoutBook’ – we will not maintain our data there)
- Select ‘TM Mobile’ by Troopmaster Software
- Get/Download/Install
- Open
- Select the tools icon at the top right
- Select the lower option titled Troopmaster Web 2.0 Settings
- Select Account
- Select State = GA
- Select Unit Number = 1011
- This should automatically choose account = ‘mbtroop1011’
- Enter your User ID (see email from DoNotReply@troopmaster.email)
- Enter your Password (you may change this on the desktop version)
- Save Changes
- Respond YES to SYNCH request
- Select SYNCH
